My name is Dave Duringer and I am licensed to offer the required course for Utah's CFP.  I run the entire class at my Laguna Hills law office, using airsoft replicas and a laser simulator instead of real firearms.  I charge a small fee ($10 + $100) to help defray some of the expense of providing this class.

These are the steps required to attend my Utah CCW Class:

STEP ONE ("The Clinic"):

Visit http://GUNLAW.PRO and follow instructions there to sign up for the Family Protection Clinic I offer weekly for target practice and discussion of legal topics.  (There is an additional gift for you if you sign up for my newsletter.)  At this Clinic you will take and pass a simple shooting test, required for my CCW Class, using the laser simulator.  The fee for STEP ONE is only $10 and INCLUDES DINNER.

STEP TWO ("The Lecture"):

The larger $100 fee is due only when the Lecture is scheduled, once I have 10 to 20 students who have completed the Clinic's shooting test with the laser.  The more friends and family you invite to the Clinic, the sooner we can schedule the Lecture.

After the lecture I will stamp your app, which you will send to Utah along with the other required materials.  You are responsible for Utah's fee and the other required items.
