San Diego Diocese, instead of firing this Catholic school teacher, you should allow her to arm herself with a concealed firearm:

Why on earth would the Diocese be concerned about her husband bringing a gun with him if he again violates a restraining order?
That would violate another law, wouldn’t it? (The law against possessing guns when there is a restraining order against you.)
Seriously, when will the Diocese be honest enough to admit that criminals do not obey laws?
When will the Diocese allow teachers to defend themselves and their students, considered a duty by Thomas Aquinas and our catechism.
The only way to stop a bad guy with a gun, is a good guy (or gal) with a gun.
Arm her, and he will no longer feel welcome to visit the campus.

““I’m going to sit at the president of the United States’ desk,” Chilean President Sebastian Pinera first announced in Spanish. Then, just like that, he walked around and plunked himself down. In an apparent effort to justify his action, Pinera said one of his daughters was born in the United States.”
So, could his daughter run for the US Presidency simply because she was born in the US? No, the Constitution requires more in the phrase “natural born citizen” for those wanting to run. The traditional rule of “jus sanguinis” is what the Founders had in mind–the father must have been a US citizen.
Ted Cruz says he is eligible to run for the US presidency. He is a great conservative Senator, but he is wrong on this. He was born in Canada to an American mother, but his father was a Cuban citizen. In fact, his father helped Castro initially and never bothered to become American until recently.
Ted Cruz is not a “natural born citizen” according to our founding documents.

“I’m a born free American woman, wife, mother and citizen. And I’m telling my government that you’ve forgotten your place. It’s not your responsibility to look out for my well-being, and to monitor my speech. It’s not your right to assert an agenda. Your post, the post that you occupy, exists to preserve American liberty. You’ve sworn to perform that duty. And you have faltered.”
