Corona real estate broker Chris Riggs plans to challenge Calvert in the Republican primary and is hammering on the ethics of land deals Calvert has profited from. Riggs is now gearing up his campaign, launching Facebook and Twitter accounts last week and debuting his Web site on Sunday. He’s also hired Sacramento-based strategist Jeff Evans.
