Shocker! Judge orders trial on eligibility issue.
A California judge today tentatively scheduled a trial for Jan. 26, 2010, for a case that challenges Barack Obama's eligibility to be president based on questions over his qualifications under the requirements of the U.S. Constitution.
It’s a start. But, can America survive till Jan. 26 2010 under this Usurper’s Communist rule. We have no more tax money to give away. Our children’s, children’s, children will be paying for these stupid programs for their entire lives.
