New AZ law signed today (not eff'v until late summer) brings the number of states officially allowing concealed carry without a permit to THREE (AK, VT, AZ); however, the number is FOUR if you count the 99% of Montana (outside cities) which allows such carry. A similar measure in Wyoming recently failed.

Favoring the constitutional right to bear arms over others' concerns about gun safety, Gov. Jan Brewer on Friday signed into law a bill making Arizona the third state allowing people to carry a concealed weapon without requiring a permit.
