Saw a rather disturbing video at Mass today on this new group called Catholic Legislative Network that is pushing heretical Bensonite social justice agenda, diluting the "right to life" with socialized health care, earth worship, and the rest of the socialist dream agenda, everything but the kitchen sink and the Second Amendment – socialists don't like self-defense, just ask the UN which concluded there is no right to self-defense (contrary, by the way, to our Catholic Catechism). The video even gave facetime to David Roberti, co-author of California's "Assault Weapon" Ban. This is heresy, folks! Look at the quote below and see how the socialists try to weaken the family. The family is the social unit closest to God. It takes a family to RAISE a child, and to protect against a village that would RAZE a child. This group is so wrong, and though the Diocese had recommended showing it, the parish had discretion not to show it.
This organization of society moves from the basic unit, the family, to the larger community while ensuring that everyone participates. The emphasis on the larger social group counterbalances unregulated individual rights, that left unconstrained, can turn toward anarchy.
