The group visited The District to call attention to Open Carry. Vincent Burke decided what to have for lunch while packing a .40-caliber Glock. Over near the Greek salad, Gabriel Machan carried a 9 mm pistol on his hip. Then there was Brandon Stevens and his girlfriend, Chelley Smith, waiting amiably in line, Brandon with a 9 mm Ruger strapped to his thigh.
