This just in: The Supreme Court has just held, 5-4: THE SECOND AMENDMENT IS INCORPORATED AGAINST THE STATES UNDER THE 14th AMENDMENT! Thomas says under "Privileges or Immunities" clause, other justices say under Due Process clause.
