Clayton Election Often Still the Way to Plan

This blog has been getting lots of hits for last year's posts on using Clayton election planning to deal with uncertainty in the tax law.  Problem is, I deleted the video I made on 2010 planning, which discussed the Clayton election in some detail.  Until I publish an updated video specifically on the Clayton election, go to http://LawNews.TV and view current instructional videos, including one on the New Tax Law.  Bottom line, due to continued uncertainty in the estate tax (new law expires in only two years), the Clayton election is still a good way to achieve flexibility for many estate plans.  Despite the estate tax uncertainty, there are great opportunities for gifting over the next year that can secure life, fortune and honor for your family for generations to come.
