Fed Judge Rules State Cannot Require US Citizenship for CCW

A federal judge has ruled in Smith v Nelson (decision here) that a portion of South Dakota's concealed carry law, requiring US Citizenship in order to obtain a permit, is an unconstitutional violation of equal protection.  This is one Briton's finest hour, and he is off to a great start as an American if he ever decides to trade in his green card.  Story here.
